General conditionsGeneral conditions of seasonal rental of furnished1. GENERAL:
The tenant shall in no circumstances invoke any right to maintain places on the expiry of the period originally planned on this contract.
2. USE OF SITE:
The tenant will enjoy renting a peaceful way and make good use of it, according to the destination locations. In his departure, the tenant agrees to make furniture as clean as it will be found upon arrival.
The location can in no way benefit to others, in addition, the installation of tents, the stationing of caravans or camper on the grounds of the rented property is prohibited unless prior approval of the owner.
The owner will provide housing conforms to the description he has made and will continue to serve in the condition.
3. DEPOSIT OR DEPOSIT:
Typically, it will be returned to the tenant at the time of his departure.
In case of loss or degradation of the elements of furniture and equipment at its disposal caused by the tenant, the amount of this departure will be minus the cost of repair or replacement costs. If the bond is insufficient, the tenant is committed to furthering the sum after the release of inventory.
4. Number of occupants:
Should the number of people accepted that is mentioned in the contract would be exceeded, the landlord and the tenant agree to amicably taking into account additional burdens imposed by the change of occupation.
5. PETS
Only a small dog can be accepted with all other animals, even pets are accepted, their presence in the immediate breaking of this contract.
6. STATE OF PLAY AND INVENTORY:
The status and inventory of furniture and various equipment will be contested at the beginning and the end of the stay by the landlord and the tenant.
7. PAYMENT:
The reservation will become effective once the tenant has returned a copy of this contract with the amount of deposit before the date indicated on the front.
The balance of the lease will be paid 30 days before arrival at furnished. If the tenant delayed his arrival, he must first notify the owner and send the balance of the rent for the start date originally scheduled arrivals, in these conditions will not apply Article 9, paragraph b .
8. INTERRUPTION OF STAY:
In the event of early termination of the stay by the tenant and the landlord's responsibility is not in question, there shall be no reimbursement, except the deposit under the conditions stated above. (see paragraph 3)
9. CANCELLATION:
All cancellations must be notified by letter or telegram: a) before the coming into use: In general, the deposit shall be forfeited to the owner but they will be returned minus made an allowance of 25% for fees and different approaches when the furniture has been leased for the same period and at the same price. b) If the tenant did not attend the day specified on the contract: - This contract is considered terminated - The deposit be forfeited to the owner - The owner may have its furnished c) In case of cancellation of the lease by the owner: It will refund the tenant double the amount of deposit received.
10. INSURANCE:
The tenant is required to ensure local entrusted to it or leased. It must therefore consider whether the contract provides for the main house extension holiday (vacation rentals).
In the event, it must intervene with its insurance company and ask extending its warranty or sign a contract under the clause resorts.
An insurance certificate will be required upon entering the premises.
